MUST HAVE:
- Experience in construction warehousing
- Knowledge of products and materials
- Ability to handle equipment and paperwork
- CSTS (Course can be provided)

ASSET TO HAVE:
- Basic computer and electronic procurement systems
- Enrollment in Material Technician program

Note:  Preaccess A&D Testing is REQUIREMENT

- Strong background in Industrial Construction, earthworks and concrete works
- Experience in costing, document control, scheduling, procurement, change management
- Understanding of software programs such as Primevera, P6 and Microsoft Project
- Able to assist Superintendents with daily reports
- Civil Engineering Degree and/or CET an asset

- Strong background in Industrial Construction, earthworks and concrete works
- Experience setting up and maintaining the project administration, thorough understanding of contracts, ability to lead and mentor field engineers, maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to completion, ensure a safe and productive work site, liaison with clients.
- Able to develop a plan for turnover at completion to the client.
- Civil Engineering Degree and/or CET an asset
- PMP designation an asset
